Architect FERNANDO V. BACTONG, JR.; UAP is a Registered And Licensed Architect specialized in Designing And Building Of Structures / Architectural Interiors ( See At The Services Offer Section ) also a Proprietor Of Services since 2013.
He graduated a Bachelor Of Science in Architecture on October 13, 2000 in Technological Institute Of The Philippines – Quezon City ( TIP – QC ) and obtained a Special Order from Commission On Higher Education ( CHEd ) on March 15, 2001.
Before enrolled his last semester in TIP – QC, he taken Apprenticeship also Employed from Project Management And Consultants Incorporated ( PMCI ) from March – May 2000 as a start of his diversified professional experiences. Upon his graduation, he chosen and served to be a Freelancer as a Design And Build Associate to his architect – partners of each projects collaborated in Twelve ( 12 ) Years also in that long year he employed / interned in various professional – related establishments like architectural design and consulting firms, plant industries, real – estate companies, construction management firms, construction / installation firms, and environmental – sanitary design and consulting firms in a common position to serve – more for the sustainment of public demands.
He decided to take an Architect Licensure Examination which has been done on June 07 and 09, 2013 ( Friday and Sunday respectively ). When the result was released on June 14, 2013 ( Friday ) his name was listed in the Roll Of Successful Examinees ( Kindly click this link : Page 02, Sequence Number 83 ) and certified that HE PASSED in the stated Examination. On June 26, 2013 ( Wednesday ) he registered to the Professional Regulation Commission ( PRC ) and on August 02, 2013 ( Friday ) he taken an Oath Of Architect Profession by PRC's Professional Regulatory Board Of Architecture ( PRBoA ) as an OFFICIAL REGISTERED AND LICENSED ARCHITECT in Manila Hotel.
At the same time ( Architect Oathtaking Ceremony ), he registered and taken oath already by United Architects Of The Philippines ( The Integrated And Accredited Professional Organization Of Architects ) as a Regular Member. As of UAP Fiscal Year 2025 – 2026, he was A Member Of Good – Standing in Thirteenth ( 13th ) Consecutive Fiscal Years since he was joined and inducted.
On his more Professional Reputation; he was a Member of Associated On Energy Engineers – Philippines ( AEE – PH ) in Calendar Year 2016, he was a National Auditor of Filipino Inventors Federation ( FILINFED ) in Calendar Year 2024, he is currently Board Director of Rizal Inventors And Innovators Society Incorporated ( RIISI ) which joined on June 22, 2023 after taken Professional Discussion on AutoCAD Drafting And Product Design with stated organization as a Speaker.
Architect BACTONG is now establishing / operating his own Design And Build Services ( Structures / Architectural Interiors ) namely FERNBACTS ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ( FERNBACTS ) as a Design And Build Architect also a Proprietor which serves in Structure And Architectural Interior Requirements ( See At The Services Offer Sections ) continues to serve the country thru his professional experiences in designing and building structures / architectural interiors which hopes that " The Philippines must be a Strong And Competitive Country to live – more for the Filipinos ".
